Conference Management
MMCo works with the Conference Program Committee to organize and develop quality, professional working conferences and trade shows. Staff will research, identify, evaluate, and recommend conference sites and hotels to Conference Program Committee; provide conference promotion, planning, organizing, and contracting services for the Association's conferences; and, as required, meetings of the Board in conjunction with the appropriate committee chairpersons and executive officers of the Association. Additional services include negotiation of hotel arrangements for conferences, including group rates, complimentary rooms, meeting rooms, audio visual facilities and food service; collection, assembly and distribution of all conference materials; complete registration services; exhibit management; and professional on-site event management.
